Practical answers for international patients planning a trip to Antalya. A detailed treatment plan can only follow an oral examination and the necessary imaging.
i.How does the free remote consultation work?
Send a few clear photos of your smile (front, side, and a wide-open shot showing all teeth) along with any X-rays or CBCT scans you may already have. Within 24–48 hours we reply with a personalised treatment plan, indicative quote, time estimate, and a suggested travel window. The video consultation is optional and free; no payment is collected before you arrive in Antalya.
ii.How long does treatment usually take?
A full smile makeover (E.max veneers) typically takes 5–7 working days. Single implants require one short visit for placement and a second visit 3–4 months later for the crown. All-on-Four cases are usually two trips: 5 days for surgery and a temporary bridge, then 5 days for the final fixed bridge. Whitening and bonding can often be completed in a single short visit. These are typical ranges only — your own schedule is assessed and decided by Dt. Koyuncu after a clinical examination.
iii.Do you provide airport transfers and accommodation?
Yes. Round-trip transfers between Antalya International Airport (AYT) and your hotel are complimentary. We work with several boutique 4 and 5-star hotels in Lara — within a 5–15 minute walk of the clinic — and can negotiate preferred rates on your behalf, or you are welcome to book your own preference. We do not earn commission either way.
iv.Is your clinic certified for international patients?
Yes — the practice holds a current International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate (No. 2026007015610080000433940) issued by the General Directorate of Health Services of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. The full certificate is downloadable from the Health Tourism section of this site, and can be verified through the official e-Government portal of Türkiye.
v.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, bank wire transfers (EUR / USD / GBP / TRY), and cash in major currencies. A small deposit (typically 20%) secures your treatment slot and is fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled visit. Stage payments can be arranged for larger treatment plans.
vi.How does the warranty work, and what about aftercare?
Implants from Straumann and Nobel Biocare are covered by the manufacturer's own fixture warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. Our prosthetic warranty is 5 years on E.max veneers and zirconia crowns, conditional on biannual hygiene check-ups (which can be performed by your local dentist — we provide all documentation needed). After you fly home, we stay reachable by WhatsApp and email; case follow-up is part of the price, not an extra service.
vii.What if something goes wrong after I return home?
Complications are rare, but if any concern arises after you return, we respond within hours by WhatsApp or email. For warranty-covered work, you may either fly back to Antalya (we cover the corrective treatment) or, if more practical, we coordinate with a local dentist near you, send the case files, and reimburse the agreed cost. The full protocol is included in the written warranty pack handed to you on departure.
viii.How do you protect my personal data and photos?
All correspondence — including your photos, scans, and treatment plans — is transmitted over HTTPS and held on our hosting provider's servers in the European Union. We never share your data with third parties for marketing. Case photos used on this website appear only with explicit written consent; you may request removal of your data at any time by writing to privacy@dtgokhankoyuncu.com.
ix.Why Antalya rather than a larger Turkish city?
Treatment itself takes hours; the days around it take the rest of the week. Antalya International Airport is roughly 15 minutes from the clinic, hotels in Lara are within walking distance, and the sea is at the end of the street. The clinical standard, the materials and the digital workflow are the same wherever you are treated in Türkiye — what differs is the week around the appointment, and the fact that here you are treated by the same dentist from the first consultation to the final check.
